We recently had our rotten porch pillars replaced by ALPA. Rob was very quick to email us back and set up a quick quote and had the job done less then two weeks later. His team was friendly, professional and quick. We would highly recommend ALPA in the future.

We have Alpa railings and columns on our 6 year old home which have been fading dramatically and I've been trying to get them to take a look and to take action and they just ignore the situation.

My old wood railing was rotting away. Instead of trying to touch it up every year, I decided to get Alpa's vinyl railing.

Overall, I received excellent customer service from Lilly and Rob as they did everything to my satisfaction from giving me the quote to getting the product installed. They were very responsive to my emails and phone calls as well.

The installation was a breeze as their subcontractors did everything on time in a very professional manner.

The actual product finishing was not as perfect. I found small blemishes such as inconsistent paint job that exposed the inner aluminum beam and there were also grey streaks on the handle. However, Rob was nice to come back to touch it up and now I am satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company, thanks again Alpa Outdoor!

I had the utmost pleasure of working with Rob from start to finish. Extremely professional, knowledgable about their product, design and trends. Rob was able to answer all of my questions (and there were many) and give me suggestions based on his experience and what he felt would look better with my home.

Rob from Alpa was quick and courteous in his response. He came by the house personally, offering his opinion of colour when asked, but not trying to push us into anything. His quote was lower than we expected. The job was done within a week, much faster than we expected. The new railing is sturdy and looks great.

Alpa Outdoor Products, and specifically Corrado, couldn't have been better to work with. In back and forth communication over the course of a week we narrowed down my rough design to a final configuration. I gave the go-ahead and 72 hours later the railing was delivered and ready for assembly. In just a few hours I'd Installed it myself as it was a really easy job on a flat roof. The quality of the material is first-rate. The joints are tight, the edges razor-straight and clean and the consistency from piece to piece superb. Most important, the end result is exactly what I was looking for. In my opinion, Alpa is very highly recommended!

Alpa did a fantastic job with installing our railings. Rob provided us with fantastic customer service. He was also excellent at returning any calls or emails quickly and answering any questions we had. From time of placing our order to the install was very quick. They did a great job at matching our existing posts. The installer was very friendly, professional, cleaned up after himself and had excellent workmanship.
