Ceiling drywall and pot lights

Hired to replace the damaged and wavy looking drywall on my cathedral ceilings and install pot lights. Did a horrible job, looks just as bad now as it did before. Seams not close to smooth or blended, pot lights installed incorrectly and messily caulked. Damaged multiple pieces of furniture. Didn't touch up the paint along the walls as was agreed upon. Constantly called me looking for final payment before they were finished. Staff members showed up at the house stinking like booze. Took twice the length of time quoted.
This occurred in 2009. From what I can tell they have lost their licence from the city to work, and that is a good thing.
