He was clearly very familiar with the GE dryer that needed to be fixed and was able to talk me through the likely issue over the phone and provided and accurate estimate for repair cost. He was able to come the same day, brought the necessary replacement parts and repaired it quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and professional.
