In 2008 we hired Alan O'Rourke to assist us with renovations and and repairs after weather related damage to our home. The work consisted of removing a brick wood burning fireplace and installing a gas fireplace, new walls and ceilings, hardwood floors, tile work and exterior wall & roof reconstruction. The need for this work was sudden and unexpected but Alan was able to guide us in our decision making and offer realistic ideas and suggestions. The budget was always discussed and never exceeded. As for the quality of the work, it went beyond our expectations and the finished product was wonderful. Both Alan and his crew were always competent and professional. We have recommended him to others and will continue to do so.
