Alex booked an appointment with me to come see the water damage in our basement caused by a leaking dishwasher. He showed up on time, looked at the damage carefully and said the good news was that the leak was not so bad that we need full restoration services, just some simple repairs to the drywall and baseboard. He explained how he'd come to this conclusion: he said we had good quality insulation, the baseboard had not come away from the wall, and he had checked the moisture level with a meter device, etc. I trusted his assessment completely.
