Drainscope Complete Drainage Solutions

Once I called Drainscope they were able to help me on the phone, by using Google to see just what exactly the problem was. Using new technology they used a device to drag new pipe through the old pipe with the minimal amount of disruption of the cement sidewalk. They were tidy and good team workers. It was a treat to deal with such professionals. I was very satisfied with the service and I have recommended them to several of my friends. They were very happy as well

Initially we hired them, under the recommendation of our of our real estate agent, to do an inspection of our perimeter drainage and sewer line before we purchased the property. Drainscope identified a problembwith the perimeter drainage line as well as identifying the perimeter drainage line was connected into the the sewer line which is not to City code. We had Drainscope fix these problems as well as running a new water line and check out the weeping tiles. Derek is extremely knowledgeable, cordial and always quick to respond to our needs.

Tree roots had grown into a drain from our house. It was a huge, hideous problem. We called another company which was not equipped to do the work, and only offered ignorance, delays and hopelessness. Our builder-son asked a plumber he works with, to provide a reference. The plumber suggested we try Drainscope, They came immediately. Wow, what a difference when skilled tradesmen know what they are doing! From the moment they arrived, things changed. They worked hard and efficiently. The company was fantastic: their communication with us was outstanding, they worked with enthusiasm, with huge challenges that they kept being able to overcome, never slowing down until they won.

Drainscope has just completed a job for me and all I can say is what a fantastic team of professionals they all are! I would like to give my highest recommendations to Drainscope. The arrived when promised, worked efficiently, were polite and very professional. I was so impressed with Derek Rathwell who patiently explained the process to me a couple of times, and Leah their Office Administrator who would call me with updates. Colin and his team were hard working and extremely considerate. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the service they provided. Drain Scope have just completed a job for us and we are writing to tell you what a marvelous team of professionals they are !! they were on time, they saved last week what could have been a much bigger problem in the basement initially, they did what was needed, they cleared and cleaned up, replaced all the garden, the fence, and even took the mud off the gate. That is impressive, and we will in the future have no hesitation in calling Drain Scope to maintain the drain tile, and to share with anyone and everyone what a great job they have done.

I recently had DrainScope come and do a trenchless installation of a new sewer pipe. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with this company right from the start.

My sewer had backed up and I was told by another company that had come to clear the blockage that I needed a new sewer pipe. They said the job was too big for them. I called several companies and got some estimates. I called DrainScope for an estimate and spoke with Derek Rathwell. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure that I understood exactly what needed to be done. I had concerns about the exposed aggregate sidewalk and the repairs that would be needed when the sidewalk was cut. Derek explained how it would be repaired. He had one of his staff come and scope the drain and then he provided me with a detailed estimate in a very timely manner. At the time they were extremely busy as there had been a lot of rain, but he made sure that mine was done as soon as possible in order to avoid any further problems. They came when they said they would. Colin, Brett, Don and Jonathan came as they were using a new machine with a smaller footprint and Derek wanted them all to see how it worked. Derek stopped by the job 3 times during the day to make sure everything was going as planned.

All of the employees were excellent. If I had questions they answered them. I was also impressed that Derek stopped by at the end of the day. He helped the guys take the equipment away and made sure that I was happy with the work. Everything was tidy when they left. They used protective mats so there wasn’t any damage to my lawn. I was extremely pleased with the cement work that was done by Allen Mobey that Drain Scope hired for the repairs. I also asked them to check my perimeter drains. Johnathan came by a few days later. He had a difficult job with them as they hadn’t been checked in over 25 years. There were lots of roots and it was a difficult job to get them all out. He called me when the job was completed and gave me a verbal report of what he had done. He sent me a detailed report with drawings of where the drains were and some pictures of the drains.

Drain Scope charged me a reasonable price, came when they said they would, did what was expected and left everything tidy when they left. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the service they provided! I’ve recommended them to several friends.
