Chris believes himself to be jack of all trades but, as they say, is a master of none.
In our case, he pushed a variety of unnecessary work that he professed to be skilled in. In the end, we came home to a bunch of teenagers way in over their heads in the middle of putting Humpty Dumpty back together again with crazy glue.
We ultimately had to have the biggest part of the job completely redone by professionals and are left with the some lasting ugly remnants of Chris' absurd money grab.
To make it worse, he believed he could intimidate us into paying the balance of his quote until I dropped the hammer of the possibility of small-claims on him. Probably being familiar with that venue, we heard nothing more from him.
Do not waste your time and money with this one-man three-ring circus.

Ervin's came through in spades in the midst of our home renovation. Megan in the store is an organizational superstar. Tile guys were great to work with. Project was completed ahead of schedule - cleanup crew excellent. We will use this company again.

Chris, the company owner visits every site to estimate the cost, determines the best possible solution and makes sure the job is done right the first time. His workers were clean, organized and efficient. I would use them again in a heart beat.
