Service after one and half year of planting
Markham Landscaping is a great and reliable company. After 1.5 years I had a dead tree in front of my house. With a quick email (and photo) Markham addressed my problem promptly. They replaced the tree, without hesitation, with a beautiful Ashbury tree. Much appreciated.
Service after one and half year of planting
It is a great company however their customer service after the job is done needs much improvement. Jump now to 1.5 years and I have a DEAD ornamental tree in front of my door. We have corresponded back and forth since May.
I have been dates that they would come several times...has not yet happened.. I have been patient and have given them the benefit of the doubt but their service after a project is done is beyond disgusting. Customer service should always be a priority and Markham does that service as long as you have not paid in full. After that you are on your own. For this reason alone I would not recommend them. Here is the photo that is in front of my door!!
