Chris from Concrete Innovations did a great job quarterbacking this project. We had a relatively simple project at two different areas on the side of our property.

I was particularly impressed with how Chris managed part of the job that didn't go as planned. Concrete is in short supply these days, and the building of the forms and pouring of the concrete happened before they could be inspected for correctness. We ended up with a different shape and incorrect finish in the alley. Chris dealt with it promptly, offering to discount the job or to have the incorrect portion removed and replaced with what we had originally asked for. In the end, they cut and jackhammered out the incorrect section and poured a new section of the shape, size, and finish that we wanted. Ideally, it would have been done correctly the first time, but I think with concrete in short supply these days it creates some scheduling challenges. In the end, they made it right.

Overall, the job was done well and we ended up with exactly what we wanted. We're very pleased with our sidewalk.

This was NOT the case with other companies that I contacted for quotes. The job was completed within the targeted timelines. The project manager, Chris, and the crew, led by Frank, were efficient and professional. The final cost was exactly what had been quoted, and was less than half the cost of the quotes I received from other companies. And again, the final result is really stunning!
