We were very satisfied from the very start from the consultant Kathie Vanular who arranged the times for the installation and all follow ups about our satisfaction. She was really on top of everything. The mechanics Berlin and Bin did a great installation and left evey9rthing spotless afterwards.I would recommend this company highly to friends and family

we have always been very satisfied with the service provided by Mersey and this was no different. Punctual, fixed problem first time, had part required in the truck (very well prepared) and because it was a no heat situation he came as soon as possible .

I had to get a new furnace in January. Mersey did this in a day, work was done quickly, everything was explained, they gave me options, and listened to my concerns. Great job!

New furnace

Our furnace was getting old. We decided to replace our Lennox with a new higher efficiency model. Mersey's salesperson, Kathie, was very professional and went through her due diligence to determine the right model and capacity for our house. Installers were excellent and Kathie followed up after the work was done. No complaints. Well done.

Our furnace had a significant water leak. Mersey responded promptly (same day) and reapiared the issue quickly and for a reasonable cost. The repair person was very friendly, clean and efficient.
