What are your reasons for giving Mersey Service Experts the rating that you did?
Technician arrived within booked time period, was very personable, explained what he was going to do and did a very thorough job. Replaced the old corroded, lime deposit covered humidifer filter and vacuumed out the fan. Also, showed me how the ducts looked (clean), and checked the CO levels.

High Efficiency Furnace and Air Conditioner

My experience with this company has been excellent starting with the sales rep Bob Fertile. Bob laid out the costs clearly and explained rebates that were available to me.
Installation crew were excellent. I had a call from the company the day before installation to confirm their arrival and they were here earlier than estimated. They went right to work and were gone in 5 hours. The took the trouble to lay down carpet protection on the route to the furnace and cleaned up the site perfectly. Excellent company to deal with
