I have been serviced by Mersey for many years. Emmanual George comes to service annually and is the most knowledgeable technician I've ever dealt with. His work is to perfection. Has the skills and desire to do it right the first time. A wonderful person to deal with pleasant, informative, takes pride in his work and we look forward to his annual service.

Frank came to give me an estimate for a new furnace and AC-a very efficient sales person,polite and professional.

The work was done extremely well and we were very impressed at the workmanship of the three workers (Berlin, Jordan and Rene). We would recommend Mersey to any of our neighbours.

The salesman, Bob Fertile, and the technicians, Berlin and Jordan, who did the installation were excellent, finding solutions to what appeared to be impossible obstacles in completing this job. They did the work as promised, on time and on budget. Thanks to everyone involved in this project, you did a great job!

The service and installers were fabulous and Kathy our sales person was outstanding. She was knowledgeable and efficient and all our expectations were surpassed. I cannot say enough good things about the experience.

We found ourselves with a "dead" furnace end of January and within 4 days had a lovely new heating & air conditioning system along with humidifier and WiFi thermostat installed by Mersey. Rene Seguin was out and gave us our first quote (we did have 2 other companies quote afterwards) so clearly and taking such time to explain exactly what we were looking at that it really helped me to ask intelligent questions about subsequent quotes. Cannot say enough about Rene's ability and willingness to take the time and explain everything so clearly and answer the silliest questions. Once we called him on the Wednesday to say we were going with Mersey, he came out within an hour or two and we had our installation set for the very next morning. Relief!! Charlie and Jordan arrived next morning on time and covered the entire pathway to our furnace room with "red carpeting" to protect our floors. They were done shortly after noon and left everything neat. They made a suggestion for venting the furnace by a different route that they explained and it made sense. Jordan took time and patience to train us on the WiFi thermostat and was very kind to two old "non-tech" people. Both were pleasant and great to have working in the house. We are thrilled with our new system - wonderful humidifier which I really need and I can control it all from our lovely new thermostat which is big enough for both my husband and I to read - a problem with the old one. The price was more than competitive and a special offer allowed us to upgrade from what we had.

We had Mersey come in to clean and look over our A/C and Furnace. On their last visit we had John Park as our rep from Mersey and he was fantastic. He was polite and provided us some great insight to the work he was performing.

We have decided to bring Mersey back again to maintain our Furnace and A/C in the future.

Just wanted to pass on to you my comments in regards to our yearly maintenance service.
The service technician, Emmauel George was excellent. Very knowledgeable. Also gave me some tips in regards to the furnace. The cost actually includes the cost of a replacement filter and maintenance for next year. Would not change companys.
