Mersey has become my go-to company for anything water heater & furnace related. Our 19-year-old furnace suddenly decided to stop working one morning so I called Mersey. I received excellent customer service. They arranged for a salesperson to be at my house within 2-3 hours of my call. I debated whether I needed a 'salesperson' or a 'repair technician' to come. Generally, if I can inexpensively squeeze another year out of something, I want to try. I received a confirmation call that John would be coming. When he arrived, he respectfully put on a mask and plastic covers over his shoes. Honestly, I was kind of dreading getting the whole 'sales pitch' talk, but much to my delight, my meeting with him wasn't like that at all. John immediately went to go examine our furnace and actually wanted to test it to see what the problem was with it and if he could get it running. After some testing, he showed me that unfortunately BOTH motors weren't working at all and that our condensate pump had also stopped working! He helped me setup a temporary solution for that water's drainage. I really appreciated all his efforts on our old furnace! He was excellent. We ended up going with the quote he gave us and we had the whole new furnace installed the very next morning!! VERY Quick turnaround! Gerry & Alex who came and did the installation were also excellent! They arrived early, were courteous, and protected our flooring completely. We've been very happy with the furnace they installed. They even went out of their way to add extra caulking all around some pipes for me. An added bonus was also how clean and tidy their work was. I've been very impressed with Mersey's customer service. I highly recommend them.

I have a contract for cleaning and filter replacement in furnace and air conditioner. Our serviceman, Karook, came and did the maintenance and found a problem with the furnace fan. We had installed a new thermostat InCorrectly a few months ago. This repair was above and beyond the contract and we really appreciated it. Thank you, Karook. Job well done

I called Mersey when my A/C stopped working as they had done an annual maintenance check a few months earlier. After only partially assessing the equipment (he refused to go in the attic), the service technician told me that he thought my air conditioning unit needed to be completely replaced. I called another service company and within 5 minutes they determined only the air filter needed to be replaced a $20 fix vs thousands suggested by Mersey. I would have thought that a dirty air filter would have been identified in the annual maintenance checkup they offer but apparently not! Despite this they refused to refund me the money for the service call, I didn't even bother asking for a refund for the maintenance check. I had countless other issues with Mersey including with them cancelling the service appointments the morning of. Don't use them, the customer service across the whole organization is terrible.

We recently replaced our furnace and air conditioner with Mersey Heating and Air Conditioning. We have been their customers for over 42 years and our new installation reinforced Mersey never fails to provide an outstanding service. The process was smooth and flawless from the initial sales visit to the final installation.

Frank, our Sales Representative was very informative in providing us with the most suitable equipment for our home. We never felt any sales pressure and Frank's knowledge of the products along with his gentle mannerisms made the selection process easy. Frank followed up by text on several occasions to confirm our installation date and also to make himself available for any concerns or questions we might have. He was very thorough, polite and gracious.

Adam, Mark and Arian were our installers and it was clearly evident they took great pride in their work. Their professional, personable personalities put us at ease instantly. They kept all the work areas meticulously clean and answered all our numerous questions with enthusiasm and easy to understand explanations. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and we also appreciated that everyone respected and complied with our COVID protocol requests.
