We have been Mersey customers for over 50 years and will continue. This is the first time I have had the technician Cory in our home and I will ask him to come back. I now have two go to technicians that I will allow in our home.
Cory explained everything, the aircon is 18 years old and is costing us more to run but we have made the decision until it dies we will pay the extra.
