Called in about having mice in the house. Very friendly and informative telephone conversation, explaining everything in detail, so we knew what to expect. Had someone come to the house the same day. Vehicle is not blatantly branded (good for image and neighbours).
Luka was very courteous and friendly, going through the entire house, inside and out - also answered questions and eased concerns.
Traps are tamper-proof and therefore pet and child friendly.
Very satisfied and happy with the friendly, competent and efficient service.
Would recommend them for anyone with a pest issue.
