Sierra Air Mechanical was nothing less than excellent. It was great watching them skillfully place our new rooftop HVAC unit exactly where you said it would go. We had a great experience with Sierra Air. One night during the winter time the furnace decided to stop working and leave our house cold! It had been fixed it the past by another company but the loud noises and changing the heating temperature never seemed to work right, it was a sign of a crappy job. That same night we called Sierra Air and Alex came to our house, he was very professional and answered questions and relieved any concerns we may have had about the installation. We were also provided with a quote. He ensured to explain what was going to be done every step of the way. The Sierra Air team arrived on the scheduled install date and did an excellent job and was respectful of our home. The team also made sure to clean up afterwards. Alex personally followed up with us to ensure everything was done well. Let me add the remote control temperature was great! I highly recommend these guys.

Had to put in a new air conditioner and wasn't sure how to go about it. I did some research on line and heard about Sierra Air. I booked an appointment and the rest was history. The workers came ON TIME and explained what happened and what needs to be done. They broke down the information to my level and helped me understand. The work was AMAZING, workers respectful and all for a great price. I wouldn't go anywhere else and HIGHLY RECOMMANDE Sierra Air.

Other companies came to my home and told me that it would cost me thousands of dollars to repair my furnace and A/C. They suggested that it was not worth it and I should replace the units right away. Sierra Air was referred to me and Alex was honest and fair form the beginning. He said he could replace the units but suggested with an inexpensive part replacement they would work well. Thanks for saving me thousands..

Our company needed to repair some venting issues on 3 heaters and to fasten outside gas piping to the walls, as instructed by Enbridge. Alex was very professional and friendly in the quote and follow-up process. He recognized that we were under a time constraint because we were selling the property and accommodated our timeline. The job was done very quickly. I would definitely hire Alex and Sierra Air for future projects.

Had a wonderful experience with Sierra Air when both my furnace and air conditioner needed to be replaced. Of course my furnace died on the coldest day but Alex from Sierra Air came over as soon as I called supplied me with portable air heaters until they come in. Same thing with the air conditioner. They were there when we made the arrangements and I had no issues with their work - all employees were very pleasant to deal with.
