Rick was very accomodating, very patient. We got over 5 quotes, and theirs was by far the best. Installation was seamless and the installers were very quick and professional. They worked around our timeline, and showed us every possible sample of granite until we were convinced we had chosen the right colour.

We would like to thank you for assisting us in buying our granite counter tops. It was a positive, no pressure experience from the moment we stepped to your office. Your helpful staff were there to answer our questions and assist when needed but never pressured us into making a decision. Once the decision had been made and the granite chosen, you went the extra mile to have us view the granite before the cutting was started. This allowed us the opportunity to chose, within reason where the various patterns in the granite would be placed on the finished product. Turn around time was short and again going the extra mile to not have a seam in the counter top was greatly appreciated. The granite in the terrarium window fits perfectly and adds a look of elegance to the kitchen.

I was at the Home & Garden Show shopping for a granite supplier, and met Rick there. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about granite and quartz. I was stuck between the two stones and Rick helped me out quite a bit to make the final decision. I really appreciated his patients, he is definitely not just another salesman with a sales pitch. From the beginning on getting my quotes done, to templating, and installation, everything completed within two weeks. I was happy on how fast Rick and his team were able to complete their job.

Granite Country was great , right from helping us select our granite to excellent workmanship in installation. They were right on time and very courteous. They cleaned up nicely, removed our old counters and also did the needed plumbing.Granite Country gave us the best price out of 4 estimates and left us with the impression that they appreciated our business. Dianne at the showroom was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the granite counter tops we wanted to install in our house. Once we decided on a product and selected the slabs of granite, we sheduled a day for them to come out to template the tops. The template man arrived right on time and finished his job quickly. He told us the granite would be ready in 10 days. A week later, we decided we should also do the bathroom vanities so we called Dianne and she quoted us a price. Again the man came out, right on time, and templated the bathrooms. At that time, he asked if they could install all of the tops a little early to which we agreed. Right on time, the installers arrived, installed the tops, cleaned up and were gone in 3 hours. Very professional, efficient and pleasant people to deal with. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

We really wanted black galaxy, which is a more expensive product. Granite Country was able to install 3 cm at what most places were quoting for their entry level granite, plus we were able to choose our own slab from the warehouse. Our kitchen required a seam (u-shaped + island) and they did a great job on the join. Edge profile is smooth & consistent all around. We love our sparkly granite countertops - thanks Rick & team!!
