Top To Bottom Renovations/Maintenance

My bathroom renovation is my third project with Chris and his skillful team. From start to finish Chris has kept the line of communication open and informed me about the procedure and options to get the best results possible every step of the way. Chris has shown the quality of craftsmanship and maintained a balance of esthetics and practicability to the highest level possible. Chris is courteous, reliable, dependable and trustworthy. He answered all questions, was very helpful with creative suggestions to solve problems. I will for sure ask Chris to work for me again on future projects. I highly recommend Chris to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, responsible, creative, and skillful contractor who can ensure your peace of mind during the project .

Chris was easy to communicate with and very prompt in his service. He visited within a couple days and completed the job with great workmanship. I highly recommend him to anyone out there.

Chris does good work at a reasonable price. Unfortunately he sub contracted out the outdoor painting portion of our job which didn't work out. Kevin and his team painted over our white vinyl windows, which we specifically asked him to leave, with black paint. This has voided the warranty on our windows. After trying to resolve this issue with Chris and Kevin, Kevin agreed to repaint the windows the original colour but Kevin disappeared. We contacted Chris many times and he re directed us to Kevin who never responded. After 5 months of back and forth, we hired another painter at our expense to correct our windows. Chris offered another painter to come after we hire another painter to correct the work. I would be mindful if Chris is using sub contractors for your job and you need to supervise them carefully.

Chris and his team are bar none the BEST at their craft. They are reliable, do impeccable work, and are absolutely lovely! I would highly recommend Chris and his crew if you have any type of work/renovations you want done WELL!

We know Chris through our right side neighbor. He did our right side fence last year and we loved this horizontal board design very much, the woods colour looked very clean and pretty, and the quality is good. This year we finally convinced our left side neighbor to share the cost to build the fence. Chris still offered us the same price as last year and he put our project as the priority. After comparing with other vendors proposed by our left side neighbor, I found out that Chriss price is the most reasonable one. We had his vendors came to take a look, with the horizontal design and same quality, the vendor offered higher price. The other thing I really love is that they built the fence within 3 days and the site was pretty neat, clean, and
quiet. My left side neighbor also did his other side with his other neighbor from the other vendor. The fence design is vertical and their woods do not look as fresh as ours. We are very satisfied with Chris and his teams work!

Chris completed the job in a timely manner. I was pleased with his attention to detail, in addition to his efficiency at responding to my questions/concerns. Chris ensured we were satisfied with the final outcome of the project. I would recommend Chris and his capable team. Thank you!

Chris is a straight-shooter - honest, dependable and easy to work with. He showed up on schedule, had very reasonable costs, and stuck to the budget. In fact, he regularly made suggestions to reduce our costs. He was also patient and flexible when it came to adjustments that we decided to make after the project started.

The results look fantastic. Our old, decaying wood deck has been replaced with a beautiful composite deck with glass railings. The outdated patio has now been upgraded and looks great.
