Omer recognized the problem accurately and everything was as he said, from cracked grout to wood rotting. No surprises on cost or time needed or extra work needed. Able to save door and mounting. End result looks better than when house was new. Good advice on getting tile and how to maintain. Showed work at different stages so we could see and understand. cleaned up very well after work was done, made no un-necessary mess, put down cloth. Polite friendly manner as was his helper.
Highly recommended, no hesitation to use on other future work.
