Had a glass rail installed in Nov. 2019 - front porch. I contacted Mark in March 2020 and mention the brackets that hold the glass is loose and one bolt has sheered off- just snapped. This tells me the bolts used are not correct for this application. I contacted him during the summer and got no reply. Finally, at the end of August he said he would come in a few day. Still no show. Got of hold of him again 2 weeks later and I think he actually forgot about me. So, I sent him pictures again and confirmed the address. Finally, showed up and only did half the job. They fixed the 2 brackets that were loose but never did anything about the snapped bolt, plus the glass is touching the first step.
Not happy at all with these guys. Very unreliable and I will never use them again. I sent a message and called them after they came in and haven't heard back. Just left another message today and send them pictures again.
