Our backyard used to have a pool that was filled in 2018 - so half the backyard was interlock while the other was gravel. We contracted Rick and his team to help us with landscaping including: grading the backyard according to city standards, filling in soil for clover grass, and building us a massive garden bed. They also re-did two outside stair sets. All of their work was fantastic and we couldn't be happier with it.

Rick and his crew were absolutely tremendous in every way possible. Our backyard project certainly wasn't straightforward, and required a lot of care, especially to preserve some existing trees right on our fence line. Their attention, craftsmanship, pleasant demeanor and speed really stood out. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rick and his team.

We have hired Hofstetter Landscaping 3 times. First in 1992, second time in 2017 where they installed new driveway pavers (100 ft driveway) and rebuild the front porch and stairs and in 2023 they installed a drain in front of the garage, power washed, re-sanded and resealed the driveway.
Staff are personable and friendly. Work was completed on time, quality of work is excellent. Respected neighbors property, kept you up to date with work in progress. Rick and Ashleigh is a pleasure to deal with.

We have a very long and sloped driveway connected to our neighbours. Rick lifted and relaid the driveway with the existing brick and a new soldier coarse with polymeric sand. The job was done on schedule and we are pleased with the result. They were very considerate to not disturb the neighbour with young children. Clean up was always excellent.

Rick and his team were everything you want in a contractor. They were clean, they were on time, they communicated always and we never were in the dark about what was happening next. Great stone work that repaired a concrete disaster by another company.

10 years again Hofstetter landscaping did our driveway retaining wall and 10 years later, its like the first day it was installed. It was a quality Job done in a timely manner and at a fair price. I cant remember how much it cost as it was 10 years ago but i do know that I got a number of quotes and spoke to references and hofstetter was definitely the one to go withso much so, that Ive recently ask them to come and quote a full backyard landscaping job for me.

Hofstetter Landscaping built a fence for us in October 2022. Their workmanship was superb and dealing with Rick and Ashleigh was a pleasure. Hofstetter has an A+ rating there and has had zero complaints since 2006, the year they were accredited there. We highly recommend them.

Rick and team did an amazing job of designing our new backyard. This is the second time that we have had them do work for us, the first time was at our old house. In our new yard, the pool was surrounded by a cement deck, with an old brick patio and a back sitting area of slab cement. Rick designed a new look, including a beautiful back sitting area beneath the trees, river rock borders and a very effective drainage system. The work was done on time, on price, and the team did a number of nice design upgrades as the work took place and things started to take shape. A very professional and fun team to work with.
