An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We had Hofstetter Landscaping design and build a new patio at the front of our home. Their experience and expertise helped tremendously with determining the final design to suit the property and house. The work was performed professionally and on time and we were particularly impressed by the work ethic of the crew, even when the boss had to be off site. The value they contributed to the project was excellent. We would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Hey Ross thanks for the encouragement, its nice to know that we can leave the job site for whatever reason and the crew can work efficiently and professionally on their own, I pride myself in the fact that each and every guy on the crew is striving to become a leader in their own right. It is our goal to have each guy eventually run his own crew for us, and so your words are special to me. One thing that I like about this business, is our ability to meet such nice people and to become friends with so many. Ashleigh and myself have been able to develop friendships that extend far beyond the business and you and Margaret are two we count as friends also. Who would ever expect that by talking and building a patio we would eventually be invited to your 50th wedding anniversary, just goes to show how great this life is and what a great field we are privileged to work in.
