Stone Masters

2 weeks after I called them - my bathroom vanity was installed
No drama - just got the work done - they were fast, efficient, meticulous and very nice to talk to

I needed to replace one of our carrara marble countertops. Through a bit of googling came across stonemasters. Right away, aside from the other great reviews I had a feeling of confidence. Dan suggested two stone places, I went and picked the stone. Then painlessly the counter was installed today, about three weeks later (keep in mind the polished stone needed to be honed to match my other two). I am very happy.

The team was great from start to finish. Dan was very helpful when there were delays with the stone we had selected, providing solutions throughout. Installation was seamless and the stone looks incredible in our new kitchen. I recommend Stone Masters to anyone in need and we will definitely use them again when we renovate other areas of our home.

Dan was wonderful from start to finish on our very large job. He suggested different samples and suppliers to find the right stone for us. Dan and his crew installed quartz counter and backsplash throughout our kitchen and in one bathroom. The work was done on time, professionaly, and with great care. Dan was so helpful during the entire process and always made me feel our job was his priority. We would definitely recommend Stone Masters to anyone! They are now doing our 2nd bathroom!

I hired Stone Masters after getting quotations from 5 - 6 fabricators. I emailed my measurements and kitchen layout and they provided a precise quote from the beginning.

Also, worth to note that some fabricators inflated the price claiming that the waterfall I requested will require an additional slab however Stone Masters and another fabricator didn't make such a claim and they stuck to their initial quotation until the end, which was a competitive one. So be ware, and shop around!

Also, at one point, there was a bit of confusion at my end regarding the edge finishing and Dan made sure to explain diligently what they are going to do and how is it in line with what I'm asking for before proceeding.

Installation was a week after measurements as promised and the whole process of delivery to my condo, removing /disposing my granite countertops, and installing the new quartz ones (inducing a minor hiccup) was done in less than 3 hours.

I definitely recommend them and will go back in case I need other work done!

Awesome work from the stonemaster team. They came twice, once to install countertops and a second time for my backsplash (after we couldn't pick a tile and realized our best option was to use the same material for the backsplash).

We are thrilled with our new quartz countertop. After checking out a couple of other stone companies we discovered StoneMasters, and are glad we went with them.

Very professional throughout the whole process. They have a massive selection of stone. Dan helped us narrow down our final selection to a short list of 3, based on our criteria. He explained how the stone is cut and made into a counter, how the installation process will go, and highlighted some possible issues that would come up, and how they deal with them.

They sent a guy to measure our kitchen space with a cool high tech system that laid out our countertop's dimensions literally perfectly. We were a bit nervous when they came over with the counter, but it fit with precision into our walls, and they were quick and efficient.

Our house had under-the-sink plumbing done by the amateurs who owned the house prior to us, and it needed reconfiguring. They handled the whole thing super smoothly, bringing in some long-trusted plumbing talent who finished the whole project professionally and was a very nice fellow as well.

Our experience with Dan of Stone Masters was great. From the moment we walked in the showroom to the installation of the countertops and custom made dining table, everything was perfect. Measurements, fabrications and installation was done professionally and without any issues. Even the removal of the old granite countertops was done with great care not to damage the backsplash.
