Samir proved to be the top choice among all of my contractors/tradesman to date. He helped us execute on our vision and delivered detailed plans for our new home. The plans were thorough and detailed, which ensured quick approval by the city as well as seamless execution on site. I contracted Samir to design my new custom home. Samir was great. He spent the time to understand my requirements and both created a design which met what I was looking for but also looks great. He also very flexible in making modifications to the plans when needed. I would highly recommend him.

SH Designs did a great job on the layout, and many people have commented on it as well. My drawings were completed in a reasonable amount of time. I have used other architects in the past, and was not happy with their progress. SH Designs also follows up with the project as it progresses, even though payment has been made in full. This really sets this company apart from the rest! I have already recommended SH Designs to friends. Two of them fired their architects, to have SH Designs finish the drawings.
