Super informative, friendly and thorough
I really appreciated all the helpful information on their website and called Addison when I found a bedbug. Jay answered my many, many questions over a couple of days and we set up an appointment for treatment.
The technician Laura was very friendly and found no evidence of bugs, so it seems like we nipped it in the bud. So far, we have not seen any other bug activity after a month's time, but they said they will come back free of charge if we do for up to 3 months. They use a three-pronged approach of heat, insecticide spray and dust treatment and it was great that we didn't have to throw anything away.
The only reason I can't give the full 5 stars for experience was that the communication on the day of the treatment was stressful with the appointment time being changed twice on short notice (not Laura's fault). Besides that though, I would definitely recommend Addison for pest control.
