This email is what it came to and they still didnt give us new doors like they promised and now the handles are faulty and falling off and guess what?? No one cares!! Email as follows:
This will be my last email to you, as this has moved beyond ridiculous. Your unwillingness to uphold your end of the transaction is unacceptable. You have continued to give me the run-around for months. I am beyond frustrated.
You provided us with two doors for our mudroom. Both doors are faulty. We are not happy with the doors.
You took months to get around to sending one replacement door and seemed shocked when we refused to accept the dented and defective piece of trash that was delivered.
Months later, we are still without replacements. Your product is sub-par. Your customer service is abysmal. Now, on top of the issues we are having with the doors, the metal door handles have begun to loosen and fall off.
- Company Response
Sorry for your frustration. Unfortunately the doors in question were modified on site by your Installation Contractor which voided the manufacturers warranty. Regarding your customer service concerns, we actually picked up the 2 doors in question and repaired them at our Shop for no charge in early June, something that was greatly appreciated by your Contractor as it was not our responsibility. He picked them up from us and we have never heard a word in the past six weeks from you or the Contractor. Regarding the handles, there is a small screw underneath the handle that needs to be tightened to lock the handle on the latch. Each handle comes with a small tightening tool called an allen key that you can use. It is supplied by all the manufacturers as it is not unusual for the occasional Lever to loosen. If you do not have your key anymore, we would be more than pleased to provide you with a new one so you can tighten any handles that are loose. Hope that helps and perhaps you should get in touch with your installer if your are still unhappy with the installation.
