I am so happy with our new deck! They removed our old deck and built the new one at a price that’s was below what others were willing to. The quality was great and it turned out exactly how we wanted it. Alex and his team did a great job.

Alex from Arena came & did our subdivision backyards. Right from the beginning we had issues with communication. Did not receive an estimate but other neighbours did. I called/left VM 3 times & sent 2 emails never got a response. When Alex came to start I told him & he was rude right from the start, very hard to talk to. I just wanted to tell him I wanted the fence & know how much it would cost. The previous negative reviews given to him a spot on! Cuts corners every chance he can. Put 2 bags of cement instead of 4, doors he made other neighbours don't have diagonal support. He did half the block & stopped on my home because he got into an argument with another neighbour who was questioning his quality of work. Left without completing 2nd half of job which left me with half a fence....but he still made sure to collect my money. The one side of my house where the fence was completed by alex is all crooked. I have 3 sections going 3 different ways. Gutter he removed would have taken him 5min to fix back he did not. I got a small section of fence completed but there are so many mistakes & he left me with half a fence & got my money. The crooked fence is actually at lot worse than what you can see in the attached photo

This company built our fences last month. In the contract, it clearly stated that they would use 2x4 for the trim. However, we found out after the completion that they actually used 1x4 trim. Their explanation was that they alternated between houses with 2x4 and 1x4. This was absolutely ridiculous since all houses paid the same rate. In addition, to save them a tiny little bit of money, they did not install a post at one end of my house, instead they used a so-called "T junction". I didn't think this was stable at all. Finally, I noticed they only used 2 bags of post concrete to set the 4-foot deep post, which was definitely not enough, but I did not have this knowledge when they were doing it. I certainly would not expect any customer service or warranty after this, because when I called them after I paid, they were so rude and impatient. I was so regret that I used this company for our fence installation. They cut so many corners and it was a waste of money.

All the wood used was starting to crack missing caps was promise to come back and installed been a year, gates are flimsy and coming loose recommend another company. was promise 4ft down for post and was not met to standards

Alex and his team were fantastic. Alex was professional and His crew worked tirelessly to complete our fence within a week. The price was the best we found. The fence is solid and well made. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Enzo and his team are amazing. From start to finish, the process was as smooth as can be. Pure quality and pure professionalism, I wish all contractors were this good. The fence looks great. I highly recommend Arena fencing to all.

My fence was completely damaged during the wind storm we had so it all had to be replaced. Im very happy i chose Arena fence to do the job for me, Enzo and his team were very professional and respectful guys. They did a great job and cleaned up after they were done no garbage was left behind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs there fence done. Very happy customer :)

Work is always done as per quote and the job site is left pristine when finished. Don't hesitate booking with him. He goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer.

Because half of the fence in my backyard has been replaced. During the installation, an old post was forgotten to remove. After workers had completed the installation of my entire backyard fence, the three fences linking the old post were removed again to replace the old post. They paid the price of three workers for a half day, but they did not charge me a dollar. The depth of the post they install is 4 feet, which is very important in Canada. All the work is done efficiently. I must give them a praise.
