Through the entire process Bill and his team were friendly and responsive, they listened, gave honest advice about the reno and respected our budget. Bill also provided updates at the end of each day which really showed us his commitment to moving the project along and completing it within our desired timeframe. We are very happy with the reno and level of service provided. We would definitely call on Bill again in the future.
