I had recently moved to a new house and had the kitchen faucet replaced. About two weeks later, I came home one night only to find the kitchen flooded - a small river running through the kitchen, down the stairs & into the basement! Turns out the plumber who installed the faucet (and replaced the valve), didn't do the value attachment/solder correctly. Anyhow, I called A Marco and they had a plumber at my house within the hour. The A Marco guy re-soldered the valve attachment, and it's been bone-dry/ no leaks ever since! Thank goodness for A Marco, what a relief! Highly recommended!

Called in the morning, they came by in the afternoon. I think the person doing the work was a trainee of some kind because the boss was with him. Anyway, clearly the boss has an excellent work ethic because he insisted that the trainee fully snake the drain rather than do a half-assed job. They both did an excellent job cleaning up and were very friendly.

Providing that all trainees have the same work ethic instilled in them, I would definitely use them again. A bit on the expensive side in my opinion but I paid for peace of mind.

Plumber from A Marco Plumbing came on time. Explained the problem and even suggested what I need to do to fix the leak should I want to repair it myself. This is unheard of in the industry. Gave me an estimate of time & cost. I got the pipe aligned and the leak fixed thru A Marco Plumbing. Very satisfied with their service and will use them again.

Called these guys on a late afternoon on a Saturday, to my surprise someone answered the phone!!! They promised to come out on Sunday before 12pm. Guy called just before he arrived around 10am and was finished in no time. Great job, will definitely use them again and have already referred them to friends and neighbours.

He also gave me some great advice how to avoid the problem.

Referred a friend by calling A Marco plumbing myself and he was very helpful and accommodating and had a gentlemen come right out 1st thing the next morning!! Very happy people with the job that was completed!

Guy came promptly after I placed the call. He used the camera to diagnose the problem (roots in the drain) and clearly explained the options to fix the problem. Guy was very knowledgeable, took his time explaining things in plain language, and cleaned everything up when he was finished.

Our sink had been leaking for a long time, and we noticed it on a Sunday. A quick call to A Marco and a licensed plumbing tech was dispatched within hours. A quick diagnosis and repair is the reason we have chosen this plumber for our last two repairs! Highly recommend giving the company a try.

Steve was great! Showed up on time, was very polite and most importantly was professional. He gave me advice on another problem I had with my water heater which was much appreciated! Job was explained in detail and I was glad I contacted this company.

When our water supply pipe sprang a leak, I had to shut the water off to our entire house and call a plumber. Because it was now in the evening, everyone else I called was either not around or wanted to charge me a premium rate. They also wanted anywhere from $50 to $150 just to come for a quote. But when I called these guys, they offered a free, no obligation quote, with no premium "after hours" rate. The guy on the phone was friendly, courteous and conscientious, and the licenced plumber (Joe) that came was the same way. He did a great job, fixed everything in under an hour for less than $200! Highly recommended by this customer.
