Pinnacle 1 Decorative Doors

My mother had the glass insert on her front door replaced with a beautiful wrought iron glass insert. John helped in the selection process and gave his expertise input in which insert would best suit her taste and needs. Overall the quality of service and workmanship was top notch. He was extremely clean and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The glass looks wonderful. The job was done efficiently with no mess to clean up. The time involved was exactly as promised. John was friendly & offered some good ideas to help us decide on the final design.

After receiving a flyer in the door we ordered from Pinnacle 1 Decorative Glass. John did a great job and was prompt and courteous. The new glass in the door and sidelights looks wonderful.

I received a advertisment at my door and was not sure how this company would be. It's not like I walked into a store and I knew where to find him! I was worried at first, but John came by right away and met with my husband and I and we looked at the products and together decided what would be the best for our doors, house, etc. He returned to install when he said he would and was completed within the time frame he said. The doors are beautiful, all our neighbours have made comments on how great they look. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I love the glass "baackground" - it's really growing on me. It lets in so much more light and as you know, matches my little foyer rug PERFECTLY. John is very professional. What we really appreciated was John answers his phone!! How many times do you try to call a company with an inquiry and all you get is an answering machine...NOT JOHN!! Great customer service too.
