I was recently asked to list a gorgeous, custom built bungalow in prestigious South East Oakville. This lovely home featured 3,150 square feet on the main floor, and approximately 2,600 square feet of finished space in the lower level. Unfortunately, the basement, while very appealing, was also totally empty. It did not present a good impression.
Patrick, who I have worked with for years as my "go to" home stager, presented a staging proposal to my clients, and happily, they agreed. The test of a true professional is that they can provide a great level of service with little lead time or advance notice. I had to sell my house quickly and decided at the very last minute to have my house staged. Although Patrick was very busy, I was able to convince him to come by and provide a consultation (the night before the photographer was due for the video and photos). He was very understanding of my situation. He saw my house at 8:00 p.m. He went to his warehouse, assessed his stock, came up with ideas and provided me an estimate in 4 hours by email. We had a deal by 1:00 am.. He came early in the morning and set everything up. By 11:00 am. the photographer was at my place and my house looked amazing. Patrick is truly talented and very resourceful to be able to deliver such high quality staging services with less than 15 hours turnaround time! A few things he set up I was not sure about but he reassured me that it would look good. When the photos and video came out, what he did worked aesthetically. I would highly recommend Patrick for home staging and providing advice and guidance in design and décor. He has a great eye and senses what would work with your personal style. His prices are affordable and well worth the investment. I got a good price for my house and it sold before my deadline.
