First painter was a nightmare; second was excellent
I have used this company a few times and the first two outcomes were fantastic. True to their name, “Perfect Painters”.
Unfortunately, I got very unlucky with my 3rd paint job b/c I was dispatched a painter from hell. Sloppy, unprofessional, caused damages and made the place look worse than before. After much stress, frustration and numerous calls/texts/emails to the company, I did have the owner step in and try and remedy the situation (shortly after, their project manager started helping out too). The second painter dispatched for corrective work did a fantastic job. Day and night of a difference. PP is still trying to remedy outstanding issue to their best ability. Would I use them again? Maybe. Big maybe, but, there are good and bad trades everywhere and dishonest, shoddy workmanship is to be found even in the best of companies. They are doing their best to help me and I appreciate that very much.
