We were prepping our house for sale and we had a severe squeeking problem in the master bedroom. We found the team to be very professional and up front with the possible issues that we may come accross once the repair began. The repair team was prompt as per the schedule and were very professional. They needed to come for a second visit due to the complexity of our problem which was caused by a steel beam that the joisted had been tied into. Since the repair we have had no further problems and have sold our house for over the asking price. Overall we are very happy with the service they provided
