KCP responded to our concern that our 7 year old solar hot water system was only working intermittently. Geoff came over, trouble-shot the problem (thermistors)and did the regular maintenance. He also recommended changing the PRV and expansion tank, which we agreed to. The result has been improved efficiency of the system, and a higher water temperature. We are very satisfied with the result and the knowledgeable, friendly service by Geoff and Travis.
