Fastest lead time out of all the window suppliers
First, it was the best lead time out of all the window suppliers in Calgary that made the decision easy for me to purchase my window through Gienow. But their customer service experience as well from dealing with sales through the installation the experience was very smooth. Not only that, their lead time, which was already better than other suppliers, was even shorten when they called me to inform me they got the window in sooner than expected.
