Imran took the time to understand and diagnose the problem with our fireplace. Being new homeowners, we had so many tell us that they couldn't help us with our fireplace and had some not even return a phone call.
Imran diagnosed a few potential issues but was more concerned that we get the most value for our money. He was very honest and it's not often that you find his type of mindset especially in the business / trades world. Most people try and find how they can make a quick buck!
He offered to replace a part and that if it works we wouldn't have to undergo the expense of replacing the whole fireplace as we had originally been told to.
He took his time, dismantled the fireplace, cleaned every part and replaced what he felt in his expert opinion was necessary - thank God it worked and I am not sitting in my office cozy to the fire place going next to me!
