We were referred to Nature's Hands from a friend. After our first visit with Sebastian, we were sure we would use this company. What impressed us most was how quickly the job was done and the guys doing the job. They addressed all of our concerns and assured us it would all be great.... and it is! It was also reassuring to have Sebastian there throughout the day making sure the work was done to our original plan. We love the new look and it gives us peace of mind to know that it was done right.

Other then waiting a little longer then expected, When they got to the job they stayed until they finished, had a repair to get done within 30 days it was completed. Sebastian always answered or returned my call within 24hrs I would definitely use them again. It was worth the extra wait. Thank you Sebastian your design is stunnining,

We had Sebastian from Natures Hands Landscaping come by to give us some ideas and a quote for an interloc backyard patio and walkway last summer, he was very friendly, informative and gave us some great design suggestions. We chose to go with them because they were competitively priced, had great references and paid great attention to detail. We are very happy with the end result and would definately recommend them to our friends.

After having numerous companies soliciting work for my home. We finally hit on a company that answered 2 simple questions to our satisfaction. "How deep do you dig and what materials you use"?
We were shocked and were starting to get discouraged. Natures Hands did a quality job and used top notch materials.

I live In oakville, where I was looking for a landscapers to give me some solutions and ideas with my un-finished land. I had about 5 contractors visit me, some with 3d designs already completed. I was still concerned i might not be satisfied. On one sunday i was out in my lawn and their was a gentlemen canvassing the area, he approached me and his exact words were he was in the area, we can check out their work, to give him a call if we needed anything left his flyer smiled and walked away. It impressed me because he was not pushy at all. i called the company and the same gentlmen Sebastian had came. He listened to what i had to say, asked me some questions then with a piece of blank unilock paper drew me a design while he was explaining every detail, he spent over 2hrs with me where everyone else was rushing. he actually cared for giving something i invisioned. I signed a agreement with him on the spot. The next day i was concerned because i never even looked up this company. I called Sebastian and asked him for refrences even though i already paid my deposit and signed the agreement. He came and picked me up 2 days later brought me directly to clients houses, also where his workers were working. i was very impressed. they completed my house 2 months later. I was very pleased. The following year i had a small water issue i contacted the company sebastian responded stating they would come and fix. It was the end of the year so i doubted they would come back after almost 2 years. that year no one came. Because i was satisfied with the job it did not concern me for that area. The year after i wake up one morning and see sebastian with a work truck and pick fixing the repair himself. I went outside he apologized for the delay but, said he never forgot. I was very pleased and learned that their are truthful people in the world still and sometimes patience with understanding gets u far.
