Had an issue with mice in the home. Our technician, Alex, was great. He came and explained what he was going to do, gave us information about the process itself. He was thorough, clean, courteous and kept us informed every step of the way.
We received a written recommendation within ten minutes of him leaving that outlined some next steps we could take to prevent the problem from happening again.
