Not satisfied with the service
I got my property treated for rodent (mice) issue in March by paying $300. In November (within 9 months) i saw the mice at the same place as last time. So unless you're willing to pay 300$ every 6months (which is their warranty period), I wont recommend this company for your pest issues.

Hello Vijay, Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback. I would like to start off by saying we are sad to read your review, as we always try to provide our customers the highest level of customer service. You were charged $250 + tax for a mice extermination for your size of property and as per your agreement with Pestend, you were given a 6 months warranty on the job. You were told by our technician to wait for about 10-15 days to see full results and to call back if you had any concerns. We never heard back from you , which indicates you got the results you were looking for (as you yourself mentioned as well) and that we were able to provide you complete elimination. Unfortunately, mice are part of nature and we can't possibly guarantee they will never return. If you leave any door open (eg. garage dor) they can sneak inside, however that is something out of our control. If you had expressed any concerns during the warranty period, we surely would've been able to provide you a follow up treatment at no cost. However, at this point 2 months have passed since your warranty has expired. The best that we can do, as we mentioned over the phone, is offer you a further discounted price for the extermination as a returning customer and renew your warranty. Let us know if you change your mind.
