My older Beachcomber hot tub was leaking. At first we thought it was a gasket, but it tuned out to be an internal leak. Nick did some open heart surgery on my tub to fix the problem, which was no small feat. He advised me how that I could save some money if I did some preparatory work myself, which I completed.
In an isolated incident, I had a barb fitting snap on me and it effectively drained my hot tub. I called Nick to do the repair, and although he was certainly willing to do it, he advised me it was an easy fix and that I could save myself the service call by fixing it myself, which he talked me through, even giving me the part at no cost.
Great service, great price, honest hard working guy.
