Vinyl Window Pro replaced some windows on my house in 2016, and I have been very happy with the quality. The siding on my house was replaced in 2022 and I had concerns about how well the areas around the windows had been resealed. I called Vinyl Window Pro to ask if they could come and have a look to make sure that the windows would not leak. My concerns were forwarded to a technician who called me back within two hours and we setup a time when he could inspect the windows later in the week. The technician came out and replaced the poor quality caulking done by the siding company, and the window seals now look like they should.
I was very impressed by Vinyl Window Pro's commitment to the quality of their work and making sure that a customer was happy several years after the windows had been installed. I will gladly purchase windows from Vinyl Window Pro in the future since I know that they stand by their work and won't just run away after the invoice has been paid.
