After getting many estimates to get our house painted we chose Platinum Pro Painters. Todd was a pleasant individual and he answered all our questions and concerns we had. We had exceptional customer service from the beginning and we were not disappointed during and after the work was complete. The paint job is simply amazing and much attention to detail was made. All our concerns and requests were addressed and the painters went above and beyond to make us happy. I was in the midst of a kitchen renovation which involved creating an open concept. After the wall went down, I noticed the ugly popcorn ceilings in my living and dining room. I went online and did a search for the best painters in the Burlington, Ontario area and came up with Platinum Pro Painters. I spent a lot of time going through the reviews and noticed how many customers were very happy with the job they did in removing their popcorn ceilings so I quickly contacted them for an estimate. Todd advised that the whole process would take about two days. They showed up when promised, took their time to ensure that the work was done to my satisfaction, they were professional, courteous and above all, they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. They were done in two days as promised. I would recommend anyone to Platinum Pro Painters… Thanks Todd, Brett and Evan for doing such a great job.

My husband and I were looking to get our tall staircase painted so we hired Platinum Pro Painters Inc. owned by Todd Lacroix. I text Todd directly with photos and the dimensions of our staircase and he replied promptly with a quote.
Todd was very quick and responsive from getting a quote to getting the job done!
Brent (one of his crew) was punctual, very fast, professional and he did a fantastic job!!
The staircase looks great!!
Todd also fixed a hole in our drywall even though we asked him at the last minute.
I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Platinum Pro Painters Inc and would for surely call them again if we need more work done!!

This is our 2nd time working with Platinum Pro Painters, and they exceeded our expectations! Todd was absolutely fantastic to deal with, was reachable at all hours, and came to our home himself to see what work needed to be done. They provided an extremely fast turnaround – Todd came out the very next day to see what work we required, the quote was provided the same day, and all work completed within one day. The gentleman that came to our home to do the work was extremely professional, and made sure that we were happy with the work and that no mess was left behind – something that is important with 2 young kids and pets in the house! We already have Platinum Pro Painters booked for our next job, and will continue to use them in the future.
