I was very pleased with the quality of service provided by platinum pro painters. Todd was very flexible and understanding of our home renovation needs and recommended a painting package that was both affordable and practical. The painters were on time and did a fantastic job painting the whole house within a day. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to paint their house on a budget.

Hiring Platinum Pro Painters to paint our entire house was a great decision. Our house looks fantastic! We are very pleased with this company from requesting a quote, to having an interior designer help with the colour selection, to the end result. Just wanted to comment on a job well done. This is the first time workers arrived early each day to our surprise. I expected the painters to arrive an hour or two past the scheduled time as all other contractors have done in the past. My wife and I could not believe it when they arrived half an hour early every day to start the job. The gentlemen doing the job were extremely polite and very hard working. I never saw them stop for a break which I encouraged them to do. They stayed late each day to ensure the job was done. It was truly a pleasure with these gentlemen working in our home. Besides painting we also had stucco removed from our ceilings, which of course caused quite a mess. However the workers taped off all areas to prevent dust from spreading throughout the house. The walls and ceilings look great. Removing the stucco definitely upgraded the house and looks great. I would not hesitate hiring Platinum Pro Painters again.

We are second time customers and probably will be third time one day. The painters were professional and personable. The job done looks fantastic and was done in a timely manner. The crew was mindful of the fact that there were small children living in the house. They made sure everything was covered and remained clean. Our place looks fresh and clean and new!! We can not find where the repair was done to our wall...it looks Great! Thanks so much...great crew!!

I hired Platinum Pro Painters to paint our kitchen cabinets and they did a great job! Todd was easy to get hold of at any time of day and really cared that the customer was taken care of. The crew made great timing on the job and the cabinets look brand new (with no mess left behind!)

Platinum Pro Painters was an excellent company to deal with! Todd was very helpful and responsive to my questions at all hours and over the weekend. His workers were extremely professional, and the work was completed within 1 day and exceeded my expectations. Todd came to our house himself to review the work and ensure that we were satisfied. Although they were not the cheapest quote we received, we were thrilled with the work and would use them again in the future.

We hired Platinum Pro for a resale home paint, interior, 2000 sq ft of space + basement + all doors to be painted last year. The job was completed on time without fuss. Issues that came up during the painting, were listened to, and addressed by Todd promptly. He even returned back a week later, to complete the kitchen ceiling which was not done properly and something that me and my wife had missed pointing out.

A few areas where he or his crew could have done more were small repairs on the wall, door, that should've been fixed at the time, paint swatches that show now were not sanded off. We do have a 5 year warranty, which we will be testing soon!

In terms of cost, he was not the cheapest, but his willingness to work with our needs, and the want to take the job was what worked for him.

We had called 5 Star to come paint our living room and hall. We needed the job done asap. With only two days notice Tod came out on a sat. and did an amazing job. The job exceeded our expecations!! Tod was punctual, professional, and his work was perfect. Not to mention his price was significantly lower then other estimates we had been given. We would recommed 5 Star to anyone.
