DIFM Contracting is a high performance general contracting firm. The firm's leadership in the expansion and renovation of our home was exemplary. The general contractor set and managed our expectations throughout the process, and we always had visibility to the upcoming activities and decisions. The general contractor provides great coaching and guidance when it comes to the hundreds of decisions that have to be made in large projects, as trade-offs are always required. The majority of his contractors perform very good work, and his right-hand man is an excellent, skilled craftsman. My wife and I have no hesitation recommending the DIFM team.

DIFM did some work on my house in Queen West that included painting the entire interior, rebuilding the basement staircase railing, moving a support beam next to the stair case, laying a custom area rug in the basement, and rebuilding a pillar holding up our front porch. Chad Cole was always exactly on time and budget. He and his team did great work and he was great about communication.
