Sandro is very knowledgeable, professional, clean and efficient. We've used him 6 times in the past 12 years and we've recommended him to several friends and family. He's 'our guy' when it comes to bathroom and kitchen renovations. We trust him completely. He recently completed 2 bathroom renovations in our newly purchased duplex (back-to-back). One of the bathrooms required removing a walk-in closet and extending the bathroom. This required moving pipes, electrical, walls, pocket lights, door frame, and rebuilding walls, floor and ceiling. Sandro is very clean, polite and thoughtful. I worked from home during the renovations. We are very happy with the work and feel that the price is very fair for what he delivered.

I cant recommend Sandro highly enough! He took over my renovation project mid-way after things went sideways with a less experienced contractor. Sandro came in and truly saved the day, bringing in highly experienced and professional tradespeople. He planned and oversaw the installation of my kitchen and a beautiful herringbone floor, and the final result is immaculate. He even came by to supervise parts of the project I had arranged myself, like the installation of my kitchen counters. Sandro was incredibly patient with all my questions and gave me excellent advice on where to buy materials for the parts I was handling myself, even sharing pro-tips that I never would have known otherwise. The peace of mind I had once he took over the project was absolutely invaluable. If youre considering him for a home project, take it from mehe is worth the wait, and I recommend him without hesitation!

We are very happy with our new doggy bath. Designed and built by Sandro and his team, it was completed on budget and within less than two weeks. Its well laid out and the dogs have loved it. Were very happy to recommend Sandro for similar projects.

We unfortunately had a leak that damaged most of the floors in our condo. I am so glad that we chose Delfabulous Home Improvement to renovate our floors and fix the damage left from the flooding. We just moved back into our condo yesterday and are so happy with the work that has been completed. Our place looks even better than it originally did! I highly suggest using this company, I know for sure I will be referring them to anyone I know and will call them in the future.

Sandro and his team worked tirelessly to complete our ambitious project in 7 weeks. They were extremely professional and respectful (as we continued to live in the house during construction). They were quick to adjust to new aspects of the project, such as when we wanted to add pot lights to the roof of the deck. Their team were wonderful to deal with and the final product is truly meeting our familys needs. We will most definitely be using Sandro and his teams services in the future.

Sandros original quote was precise and detailed, and that in itself was reassuring: the final invoice contained no surprises. Due to circumstances beyond his control, Sandro was unable to do the job himself, as he'd planned, but he guaranteed the team he brought in would do an equally fabulous job (pun intended!). He did oversee the work, checking in regularly with us and the team, stopping by to do quality control, and following up on any concerns that arose. I tend to be an anxious perfectionist, and am pleased that they were all patient and understanding. The scope of work entailed gutting the entire bathroom, which included removing a mammoth, impractical bathtub that took up more than half the room, a double vanity, and a marble tile floor, replacing the tub with a level floor shower, with tile floor and glass and tile walls, and the vanity with a pedestal sink. Our goal was to improve functionality, to reduce the potential for accidents and clutter in our choice of minimalist fixtures, and to make it an easy room to clean. Because the room is large now much larger than before! we wanted to add natural wood furniture pieces for storage, and to reduce the clinical bathroom look. The tile installation was a considerable feat, as it involved two walls, a sloped ceiling, and a skylight well and not a straight surface or even angle anywhere! Raphael the tiler is a master at his craft: he managed to straighten walls and angles with mortar and ingenuity, and the result is beautiful. Andrew did much of the finicky work and made sure that the fixtures and accessories were mounted precisely, and that the finishing touches were elegantly coordinated or contrasted, as needed. His precise eye for detail was very welcome, and certainly helped in ensuring that the custom glass enclosure for the shower was cut accurately! Interior designer Jo walked us through our design and helped us choose just the right paint colour to tie everything together, and her expertise made our decision making much easier. Overall, we are extremely happy with the results achieved by Sandros crew under his exacting oversight, and we have a beautiful and functional bathroom to enjoy for years to come. We would recommend DelFabulous Home Improvements unreservedly to anyone planning a renovation!

Sandro's work is exceptional. He gave us a clear scope of the work to be done with full costing.If we needed suggestions he was happy to give us his opinion. Then he completed the scope of work which exceeded our expectations. We could not be happier with the full experience. Sandro made it easy for us. We would recommend him to family and friends.

Del Fabulous did a great job on our bathroom renovation. We had new floor and wall tiles installed , a customer shower stall, installation of a new vanity, toilet and towel racks. We were happy with the quality of the work and the timeliness in which the job was completed. Would recommend to anyone looking for home renovations.

We had Sandro remove our popcorn ceiling, paint our suite, add new crown mouldings, add new baseboards, and install new front entrance tiles for us. No problems whatsoever. The job was done on time and budget. This is the second time we have used Sandro for renovation work and we are just as happy as we were after the first time!

We unforturnetly had a flood into our livingroom on January 15th on our apartment and had to replace the drywall, replace the flooring. We hired Sandro as we've used his excellent services before for this job. He was always on time, cleaned up before he left and is always a pleasure to work with. As you can see in the pictures he always accomplishes all tasks on time and does excellent work. Would highly recommend him as hes always a pleasure to work with.
