I called Canadian Security Professionals as I found an excellent review of their service via an internet search. I spoke to Karla in their office and explained that I understood that having security cameras were known to be a significant deterrent to break ins. I already have a security system but living in a fairly busy area of central Toronto I was looking for additional security.
After asking some questions about my house and its location, Karla was a great help in explaining the different options, and within an hour sent me a quote for four different camera and recorder packages.
I called back twice to ask questions and agreed on a package to suit my needs. The installation was arranged and was performed on schedule, efficiently and professionally by Sherman. He explained the features of the system, and didn’t leave until I understood how to operate the system. Upon leaving he asked that I not hesitate to call with any questions. I highly recommend Canadian Security Professionals.

Anas and Tamin were great. I needed an alarm system for a house being renovated and after having called a couple different companies that couldn’t help with a system, Canadian Securty Professionals had an immediate solution with wireless gear.
They were affordable, and offered immediate installation.

My fiancee and I attended London Home Expo a couple of weeks ago.
We had been talking about getting an alarm system for a while but never made any real decision.
We came across the CSP booth and spoke to Keith.
Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy.
Broke down the package they had to offer for us, then began asking us questions as to customize to our needs.
Once we learned about the package we discussed it ourselves and came back within 30 minutes to sign up.

Install was setup to happen the next Wednesday.
We got a call Tuesday saying that there might be some time changes. We were fine with that but the communication was excellent.

Rabah arrived to our house and installed the system.
Very efficient, knowledgeable, clean (as in his work was clean) and extremely patient. Once the install happened he thoroughly went through the system with my Fiancee and I making sure we understood how it works, any questions etc. Very patient and again knowledgeable.

Over all an excellent customer experience from initial conversations to installation and training. If only all companies took this approach to service.

Special mention to Keith and Rabah was a pleasure doing business with you both.
