Our install happened 2 days after determining CSP was the right provider for us. Rabah showed as scheduled, walked us through our security options, determined the correct equipment with placement in the most inconspicuous spots. He didn’t hand us a manual…he helped us set up our app, walked us through the options and gave pointers based on his own system experience. Rabah represented Canadian Security Professionals in every way…he was a true PROFESSIONAL.
The real test of Rabah’s teaching came at bedtime…there were no bells, no whisles and NO FLASHING LIGHTS at my front door.
