I hired Control Air to advise and install a whole house humidifier. Slavic was very thorough with his advice and I settled for Aprilaire Series 800 Steam Humidifier.

Slavic was very prompt in installing, the quality of work was flawless and the price very competitive.

I got 4 quotes to have a ductless A/C system upstairs and each company gave me differing views on where to instal it and on price. Slavic at Control Air was the most competitive, had no problem fitting it where i wanted it and explained things simply and clearly. He provided a quote very quickly, with a variety of options of brand and price. On the day of installation, he and his team were prompt, efficient and tidied up after themselves. I would definitely recommend him.

Slavic was great to deal with - he answered all my questions, gave me helpful recommendations (regarding brand as well as placement) and got me my quote right away (along with options).
The installation was equally impressive as he and his crew were on time, quick (done before I got home from work) and clean. As an added bonus, they also went out of there way to ensure that they did not have to drill extra holes to fish wires.

Slavic helped us out more than once. Our furnace broke down in the middle of the winter and Slavic came the very same day. He was able to explain exactly what happened, organize a new set of the broken parts and install them right away. Since then i feel most comfortable knowing Slavic is taking care if maintenance in my home. We call him for furnace and fire place maintenance ever since.

Slavic from Control Air is a friendly and professional HVAC technician whom we will be recommending to friends and family. He gave us a window for his arrival time (which he met) and also called when he was en route - very nice. We had him install an Aprilaire in-line humidifier for us, which he did quickly and efficiently and for a reasonable price. We also had him clean and tune-up our high-efficiency furnace while he was here. Slavic explained how everything worked and also walked us through an A/C installation for our downtown Toronto home - which has some tight space constraints. We're planning on having him do this work next spring. All in all, a very pleasant and professional experience. Highly recommended.

He is reliable, clean, fast and got the job done perfect!!!
He reroute my stove to a different gas line to avoid having 2 gas meters.
Thinking now about doing A/C with them.

We've been using Slavic for the past two years to service a complicated (and poorly installed) radiant in-floor heating system, but we recently decided to completely replace our old system with a new boiler. After bringing in a number of consultants to look over our old unit, Slavic was the only person who actually understood our problems and how to correct them. He managed to help us get two years of extra use out of a failing system and then did an amazing job installing the new boiler. At the last minute, we also asked him to install a split A/C unit and he was incredibly accommodating. Furthermore, all the products he recommended we use have turned out to be extremely efficient and of very high quality.

Slavic was punctual, stuck to his initial quote, and very respectful of our time and space. He's a true professional and knows more about these systems than anyone else we've ever encountered. We will definitely recommend him to all our friends and continue to use his services in the future.

I recently contacted Slavic at Control Air for a furnace repair. He did no disappoint. He gave me a 1 hour window period for time of arrival and was he was on time. The cost for the repair was fare and the service was excellent. I used to hire one of the bigger company's for furnace service and repair. What I usually got was a 4 hour window period and a junior tech that came to service the furnace. Not to mention the up sell's on items I didn't need. I have some knowledge with furnaces. The constant poor service and up-selling for repairs I didn't need was frustrating. Contacting Slavic at Control Air just proves that an independent experienced tech is much better than those bigger,well marketed company's. I would never go back. I have used Control Air on several occasions and I now recommend them, with confidence to all my clients. Thanks again Slavic.

Slavic was professional and trouble shot all my problems in a very small and difficult basement (without complaint).

He was on-time for our appointment for the quotation as well as the work itself. He had an apprentice and the work took almost no time.

They re-routed my old gas line in a more logical way and re-placed/re-built a line for a gas stove in my kitchen.

I'm very happy with the results.
