Had an old metal railing and spindles removed for a new wooden one. About 15 feet of railing, 21 spindles, 2 posts.
Matt and Ted were punctual and completed on time for the agreed price (no hidden costs).
We weren't given any options other than stain colour, we had to investigate ourselves and request things (i.e. post shape, railing shape, spindle pattern).
I would have expected closer attention to detail:
- main railing had a noticeable machining mistake in it (I had to request it be removed and a new one put in)
- one of posts is slightly crooked to naked eye
- a nail in one of the spindles had gone through the railing
- un-sanded spot on one of the post.

- $1,600.00
- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Give customer the different options that are available upfront, let us choose which we want - not tell us what we're getting (eg. railing style, spindle pattern). If your wood provider gives you damaged wood, dont accept it. Don't try to get away with using it.
