My mom is a senior and lives in the west end and Bubbles and Squeak has service her house once monthly. My mom and I are very happy with their work and do reccommend this company.

I have used this company a few times and have been most pleased each time. Alicia did everything asked of her, non-stop! She was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional all in one. I plan on continuing with Bubbles and Squeak whenever I need them in the future.

I booked this company to clean my home, they came and I was pleased with the work. I booked them again, and they called just before they were supposed to arrive, and cancelled. Today, they were to arrive at 12 and I got a call at 12:30 that they could not make it. Totally unacceptable. They offered to come next week, I would not recommend there service, The compensation they offered was 1 hour free , this does not cut it.
After speaking to Suzanne, she offered me a free cleaning to compensate. As I stated the work done by the company is good. They did a great job to recover.

I wish I had read the reviews online before I hired them. I had the exact same experience as many others I have read here and elsewhere. Hired them for a six hour clean. Came home to actual dirty floors (all of them), barely vacuumed stairs/rug, most items I requested either done poorly or skipped entirely. Like the other similar reviews, I contacted them with my concerns and got the definite feeling they didn't believe me (defensive replies, "all the other clients are so happy", etc.) That was disappointing. They offered to come back and finish (which would equal "redo") or give me another special offer within six weeks. Why would I want to PAY THEM to not clean my house again? Head is spinning. I requested money off the clean and they charged me for five hours instead of six. The worst part is, due a current disability, I can't redo it myself and had to pay a second person to come in and clean two days later. Just bad.

Had a wonderful cleaner come to the house. Great attention to detail. Very friendly and easy going with my 2 dogs. Personable and came to clean within a week of scheduling.
